Supporting people through challenges and change in their lives
through coaching, therapy, speaking and workshops
Hey there.
We may not have met yet but I can hazard a guess that some of the things you’re feeling right now include overwhelm, anxiety, worry, perhaps anger, some fear and the ever present guilt that you feel those things.
You’re fed up of constantly going round in circles, perhaps making changes that lead some of those feelings to change but never quite ridding of them.
You’re also frankly tired and too busy to spend time ON yourself when you’re IN yourself so much.
For many of you who find me, you’ll have also experienced a significant health or life challenge – a big change that wasn’t asked for, you faced, and you’re exhausted from.
You don’t have to feel isolated right now, even though the feelings you have are isolating.
You don’t have to pretend you’re getting along just fine when you’re at breaking point, mentally and physically.
You don’t have to work it all out for yourself. In fact, you know it’s a strength to talk about it a little more, find ways to get changes in your thoughts, patterns and behaviours that bring you the things you want – calm, happiness, contentment and less overwhelm.
The service I run is here to provide support in the following ways:
If you’ve been through cancer, I have specific cancer focused resources, coaching and a community for you to be part of. Join us here.
If you’re going through life changes, I run action and resilience focused workshops both in person and online that you can join to get change that you want that reduces your anxiety and overwhelm. I promise. Find the next event here.
If you’re an organisation, you’re probably interested in some of the resilience or speaking engagements I hold. Take a look here.
If you’d just like to find lovely resources, thoughts and videos, take a look at the blog.

As an ex-NHS and charity professional I bring a wealth of professional experience to our work together. I’m deeply passionate about supporting people after difficult changes because I’ve been there myself and know what it’s like to not understand where to turn when everyone thinks you’re fine again. As a result of this, I donate a percentage of costs that I make through coaching, speaking and workshops to charities that I love. Find out more about this here.
